Return Policy
Return Conditions
The return period is 35 days, and the warranty period is 2 years.
Unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, it must be returned in its original, unused, and resalable condition.
It must include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation.
The item must show no signs of wear, damage, or installation.
Please provide your order number and the reason for the return, and indicate whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers in the United States:
For defective products, if returned within 35 days, Openaudio will cover the return shipping costs.
For defect-free products, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Customers outside the United States:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Process
Keep your delivery receipt and tracking number.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Our warehouse will inspect the goods within 7 business days.
- You will receive an email notification with the inspection results.
- If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method.
The following amounts are non-refundable:
- Customs duties, taxes, or international fees
- Expedited shipping upgrade fees

Exchange Policy
If your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will gladly exchange it for a new one.
Exchange Eligibility
- Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.
- Physical damage requests for exchange must be made within 7 days after delivery.
- Functional defects requests for exchange must be made within 35 days after delivery.
- Providing photos and videos of the issue, including your order number and a detailed description.

Exchange Shipping Costs
Customers in the United States:
For defective products, Openaudio will cover the shipping costs for exchanges.
For defect-free products, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs for exchanges.
Customers outside the United States:
The customer is responsible for both the return shipping cost and the shipping cost of the replacement product.
Exchange Process
After verifying the issue, we will arrange shipment of the replacement product within 7 business days of receiving your returned item. Obtain the return address through after-sales support.

Warranty
OpenAudio warrants that its products shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of original shipment.
This warranty does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor that all errors can be corrected.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for the following situations:
- Use of accessories, parts, or components not supplied or authorized by OpenAudio.
- External causes such as accident, abuse, misuse, or improper operation not in accordance with the product instructions.
- Products that are not in their original condition, or have been opened, tampered with, or modified.
- Products with missing or altered serial numbers.
- Products returned after 35 days.
- Missing components or accessories.
- Products damaged due to improper use by the customer.
